Last Saturday we spent some time hanging out at Yours Truly installing some wallpaper printing. It takes a bit of careful hand crafting to apply wallpaper with text lining up. So we got to try out Dan the owners awesome cappuccinos. They are great, we recommend them to everyone. Not to mention the delicious sandwiches. These pics below show the finished job. Wallpaper can be in full colour and have any design you like on it. One can download images from istock and various other high res pay sites to improve the look of your walls in office, home or shop!

56mm Button Pin Badge Printing - Paperjet Print

We are now producing 56mm button badges. The other sizes we make are 25mm, 37mm and now the largest 56mm. Well we can actually also do 75mm on request. They are quite huge and weigh down your shirt if its losely fitted! 37mm is the most popular option for the shirt pin badge, but that depends on what you need them for.

Correx and Forex Explained

Correx and Forex Explained - Paperjet Print Cape Town

Correx is mostly 3mm thick. It is a fluted material great for various uses in sign making namely our most common of applying full colour printed vinyl to the surface. Estate agent boards are commonly made from Correx. It is recyclable, UV resistant, and biodegradable. One can add eyelets in the corners for tying them fences, trees etc. Also it is light weight so its works well in winds and of course fully waterproof so they last long. You can even replace the vinyl applied to the correx without having to purchase the Correx itself.

Forex is similar to Correx but its more solid and foam based. Forex is more expensive than Correx printing, however it looks more professional for high end posters or a company sign board. It is also light weight and great as a backing board for your printing needs.

We have a lot of inquiries regarding the two different pull up banner mechanisms. So we thought we would put this to rest with one really simple drawing showing the two. As you can clearly see the top version (Wing Rola) looks way more slick and hence is about R150 each more expensive. The bottom version being the Econo Rola is the pricepoint option. As a spread at Paperjet, we say around 90% of orders are the Econo Rola. However during the last couple of years the Econo Rola has come a long way and keeps improving. One might argue that the Wing Rola seeing as clients only really view the banner printing itself, however if your company goes for the high end corporate look then this might be worth the extra investment.
